Bring your QR codes to paper at the right size
Add created or batch-generated codes to the print list for item labels, documents or displays. Layout settings use millimetres; the preview and printed pages use the same dimensions.
At a glance
- Input
- QR codes added from the generator or batch workspace, with paper and label dimensions in millimeters.
- Output
- The browser’s system print dialog, with Save as PDF where supported.
- Limits
- Uses your installed printer and driver. Select actual size / 100% and test one page first.
Add items from the creator or batch results and confirm verification. If the list is empty, create a code first.
Choose A4, a single label or custom paper. Set label dimensions, rows, columns, margins, gaps and copies. Check pagination and text, and fix any overflow before printing.
Open the system print dialog, select the correct paper and actual size / 100%, and disable headers and footers. Choose “Save as PDF” if your system supports it.
Good to know
Why does the printed size differ from the preview?
Print dialogs and drivers may scale pages automatically. Check paper, 100% scale, margins and borderless printing support. Before a full run, print one page and measure it with a ruler.
Can the site control a label printer directly?
The page uses the browser’s system print feature. It cannot install or control printer drivers or confirm that paper was printed. Set up the printer in your operating system and check its supported paper sizes first.
How long is my print list kept?
Switching tools keeps the print list within this page session. Refreshing, closing the page or accepting an app update may clear it. Download any images or PDFs you need to keep first.
