One consistent style for a whole batch
Create batches of resource links, item IDs or event details. Paste text lines, or save your spreadsheet as UTF-8 CSV and map content, filename and label columns.
At a glance
- Input
- Multiple lines of text or a UTF-8 CSV up to 5 MB, with content, filename and label column mapping.
- Output
- A ZIP of PNG/SVG images and a results.csv manifest. Only verified items are included by default.
- Limits
- Up to 500 entries per batch and a 180 MB image memory budget. XLSX files are not read directly.
Paste text lines or choose a CSV up to 5 MB. Each nonempty text line becomes a code. CSV needs a header row; put multiline content in quoted CSV cells.
Check column mapping and the preview, then choose a style. A batch supports 500 items and keeps its starting style. Errors such as empty content are reported per row.
Generate and verify, then download PNG or SVG in a ZIP or send the results to label printing. By default, only verified items and a results.csv report are included.
Good to know
Can I import an Excel XLSX file directly?
CSV is supported; XLSX is not read directly. Save your spreadsheet as UTF-8 CSV. Keep standard CSV quote escaping for commas, quotes and line breaks. Check the import preview before generating.
What happens with duplicate filenames or failed rows?
Unsafe filename characters are cleaned and duplicate names receive numbers. One failed item does not stop the batch. Review its error, cancel remaining work or retry failed items.
Why split large jobs into smaller batches?
Images and archives are created in local memory. Each batch supports 500 items. When PNG and SVG data reach the 180 MB image budget, remaining items report a resource limit. Export completed results and continue in smaller batches.
